Botters/Alters: There are some improved logging to catch them, and I will definitely continue to improve this system so that we can improve the integrity of the players. Unfortunately, it’s things like this that takes away time from allowing me to create more content for AniGame, as I need to manually look through player logs and spend a lot of time digging to verify that a players’ actions are bannable. It’s painfully time consuming, and I’ll probably be a lot less lenient about resets in the future.
I want to also clarify that engaging with alts/botters (holding gold, trading for fodders, etc) is also a bannable offense. Using the excuse “it’s not my alt, it’s my friends” doesn’t make sense - what’s the difference between you having an alt and your “friend” having one if you both benefit from it? If you GENUINELY did not know, and there’s sufficient evidence of that, that’s perfectly fine, but from what I have seen from logs, 99% of the players that are banned claiming to be “innocent” are not. If you do not want to be mistaken for being alongside them, either stay away from those players or report them.
