Refund Policy

AniGame operates on a strict no-refund policy for donations, premium support, and related digital appreciation rewards unless an exception is approved by the AniGame team. Payments help support ongoing development, hosting, moderation, events, maintenance, and community operations. Diamonds are AniGame's premium currency and are also given out for free as regular rewards. Donations may also reward diamonds as a token of appreciation for users supporting AniGame, but we do not currently offer direct ways to purchase in-game items or resources.

This policy applies to one-time donations, recurring donations, premium support contributions, appreciation diamonds, and any other paid contribution connected to AniGame. It also applies when appreciation rewards are delivered through Discord, the AniGame bot, the website, payment processors, or related support systems.

All completed donation payments are final unless the AniGame team confirms that an exception applies. A change of mind, accidental donation, unused appreciation reward, account inactivity, server removal, disagreement with game balance, loss of access caused by rule violations, or failure to read the policy will not normally qualify for a refund.

Most diamonds rewarded as a token of appreciation and related digital rewards are expected to appear shortly after a successful payment, but delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment processor checks, Discord issues, bot downtime, queue delays, or account verification problems. A delayed reward is not automatically a refund case. If a reward does not arrive, contact support so the team can verify the payment and resolve the delivery issue.

AniGame may review refund requests for exceptional situations such as duplicate charges, confirmed payment processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or cases where appreciation rewards were not delivered and cannot reasonably be restored. If you made a donation mistake and have not used, traded, transferred, spent, consumed, or otherwise benefited from the delivered rewards, the team may review the case within two weeks of the payment date.

Refunds are usually not available for accounts that are banned, blacklisted, suspended, restricted, or under investigation for rule violations. Refunds are also usually not available after rewards have been spent, traded, transferred, consumed, sold, used in progression, used in events, or otherwise added value to an account or the in-game economy.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AniGame support may result in account restrictions, removal of rewards, permanent blacklist from AniGame, or other enforcement action. If there is a problem with a payment or delivery, contact support first so the team can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.

For refund questions or payment review requests, contact [email protected] or use the official support server. Include your Discord user ID, payment date, payment method or receipt reference, donation amount or associated diamond option, server if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send passwords, login tokens, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. The AniGame team may ask for more information, verify delivery records, inspect account activity, review fraud or abuse signals, and check whether rewards were used. If a refund or correction is approved, the team may reverse delivered rewards, adjust account balances, remove duplicated items, or take other steps needed to keep the game economy consistent.

AniGame may update or modify this policy at any time to reflect payment processor requirements, Discord platform changes, game economy needs, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or operational changes. The current version posted on this website applies when a request is reviewed.
