Privacy Policy

AniGame is a Discord anime card RPG bot developed by Zenith. The bot uses limited Discord and gameplay data so it can run game commands, maintain player progress, support moderation, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We aim to collect only the data needed to operate AniGame. We do not sell Discord user data, and we do not use Discord API data for advertising networks or data brokers.

Discord user IDs: We may store your Discord user ID to connect your AniGame account to your inventory, cards, skins, gold, diamonds, progress, cooldowns, moderation state, and other bot features. Command and gameplay data: When you use AniGame commands, we may store command activity and game results needed to execute those commands, update your account, generate gameplay statistics, investigate bugs, and detect cheating or misuse. Server and channel context: We may record where an AniGame command was used, such as the server, channel, user, and time of command usage. This helps operate the bot, troubleshoot issues, and enforce rules.

AniGame never asks you to provide your Discord password or personal account token. Website sign-in uses Discord's authorization screen; the limited OAuth credentials Discord provides with your permission are described below. AniGame does NOT collect or store general Discord messages that are unrelated to AniGame commands or bot interactions. AniGame does not use Discord API data to profile users for advertising, sell user data, or train machine learning or AI models.

We use data to run the game, including inventories, cards, skins, trades, rewards, floors, raids, cooldowns, and account progression. We use command and gameplay data to provide support, investigate reports, fix bugs, detect abuse, enforce rules, protect the economy, and improve AniGame. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to understand game balance, feature usage, reliability, and community trends without identifying individual users where possible.

When you visit the AniGame website, basic technical information may be processed automatically, such as IP address and device information. This information is used for site functionality, security, spam prevention, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, analytics, and performance monitoring. If you sign in with Discord, we process your Discord ID, profile information and the permissions you approve. Your email is available only when you approve email access. We store authorized OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted on our servers to authenticate your website session and support the connected features you choose. Refreshing a session does not request additional permissions. An essential browser cookie keeps you signed in. For renewable logins, it holds an encrypted session reference and public identity, without your email or OAuth tokens.

We do not sell personal information or Discord API data. We may share limited information when necessary to operate AniGame, provide support, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, respond to valid requests, protect users, enforce rules, or maintain the security and integrity of the bot and website. If third-party infrastructure or service providers process data for hosting, security, analytics, support, or payment-related operations, they are expected to process that data only for the service they provide to AniGame.

AniGame keeps data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the bot, maintain player accounts, preserve game integrity, resolve support issues, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the community. Some gameplay records may need to be retained for longer periods because they affect inventories, trades, purchases, moderation history, anti-cheat review, leaderboards, or the in-game economy. Renewable website logins expire after approximately 30 days of inactivity and no later than 90 days after sign-in. Other login types may expire sooner. Expired sessions cannot be used; a scheduled cleanup removes their stored OAuth credentials in batches every five minutes when the service is available. Logging out deletes the current renewable session and its stored credentials immediately. Separate gameplay, security and support records follow the retention purposes above.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee perfect security. If we become aware of unauthorized access that may affect user data, we will review the incident and take appropriate action based on the nature of the issue.

You can stop using AniGame at any time by removing the bot from your server, stopping command usage, or leaving servers where AniGame is installed. Use Log out on the website to end the current website login. You can also remove AniGame from Authorized Apps in your Discord settings to revoke its OAuth permissions. A rejected refresh grant ends the related website session when we next attempt to refresh it. Clearing browser cookies removes your local sign-in; it does not immediately delete the stored session, which will expire and be cleaned up as described above. AniGame is intended for users who are old enough to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and the laws that apply in their location. AniGame is not directed to children under 13 or to anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to AniGame, Discord platform requirements, website operations, security practices, legal obligations, or community needs. When this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this website.
