Happy Lunar New Year to everyone celebrating. We’re wishing you a bright, lucky, and cozy start to the new year, filled with good food, good company, and good vibes. ❤️🧧

Whether you’re spending the holiday with family, friends, or your community, we hope this season brings you lots of laughter, fresh beginnings, and moments you’ll want to remember. Lunar New Year is all about renewal, sharing happiness, and welcoming good fortune, and we’re really grateful to be celebrating alongside you.

To everyone taking part in traditions like lanterns, red envelopes, special meals, festivals, or just taking time to relax and reset, we hope your week feels meaningful and joyful. 🎆 Lunar New Year Celebration Event (Red Packet Gifting 🧧)

To mark the season, AniGame is kicking off a limited time Lunar New Year celebration with redpacket gifting event.

Event window: Starts February 16th (today) and end on feb 28th with the valentine's day event.

Usage: .redpacket <@member>

Gift a Lunar New Year red packet reward to a member (once daily, UTC reset).

Note that you have to be at least level 25 to use this command.

Daily rewards per packet:

  • +25-75 Diamonds
  • +1,000 to +3,000 Gold
  • 10% chance to replace Gold reward with 10,000 Gold jackpot
  • 3 random current-event cards:
  • Rare 76%, Super Rare 22%, Ultra Rare 2%
  • 5% bonus chance to also grant 1 current-event skin:
  • Unique 10%, Exotic 60%, Epic 25%, Mythical 5%, Supreme 0%

Rules:

  • You cannot gift the same user more than once throughout the event; this includes yourself.
  • You can only receive a red packet once per day.

Availability:

  • Until the end of the month Feb 28th (same time as valentines 2026 event)

Requirements:

  • AniGame only: your account must be Level 25+.

Cooldown:

  • Once per day, reset at 00:00 UTC.

🛠️ | Bug Fixes

  • Breakdown: Fixed an issue that allowed event cards to be broken down for points.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed cards to be broken down while on cooldown (CD).
  • Packing: Fixed unexpected behavior when clicking the “Buy Again” button on someone else's pack opening embeds.

⚙️ Misc.

  • Event Gift Shop / Skin Gifting: Gifting 5x Skin Packs now grants the receiver pity

If you received 5x Skin Packs as a gift before this update, pity was granted automatically.

  • Event Minigame: Added odds display for .ev mg / .ev minigame.
